Oh boy, software that can read printed text off of a card.
I have bridges for sale in New York and San Francisco.
Hope I'm not being caustic, but I have never seen any package that actually works.
The procedure I've found that does work is...
- Put a bunch of them on the scanner glass
- Open the image
- Type them one at a time, by hand
Tedious, yes, and it costs a lot of time.
However...
With business cards, collected after a face to face conversation with a brand new stranger at a trade show, the word "accuracy", even with the attendant probability of human input error, takes care of the word, "efficiency".

I'd go for the Database, in the end it's more scalable and easier to put in new or delete old.

Spreadsheet. MS-Excel has some nice database features, which can be accessed vic C# or VB.net 
Press F1 for help or google it.

Must have a database, you need to buy SQL Server Enterprise Edition. 
(If this is all you are doing go with the spreadsheet.)

For 90 cards, the storage medium matters not. The bigger question would be how are you going to enter them into your system, whichever you choose? Business card readers are plentiful these days.

Just noticed this while in the middle of writing an article:
Razor code gets formatted oddly when you choose code formatting.

The highlight and the first right bracket aren't really there.
I also noticed that I can use the emojis from the lounge in my articles
I know about Bugs & Sugs and I've reported this in the article location. Just chatting about it here.

Now, I personally, don't have a problem with the questionable comment the stewardess made. I would not want to die on a plane, either, especially by ice on the wings.
However, after sitting in the plane for 8 hours, not going anywhere, I think I would want to die then.

At least now in the US there are mitigations for that sort of thing
- If it takes too long, and 8 hours is too long, the plane must return to the gate and the passengers can debark.
- If it takes too long the airline might have to find different pilots because they are not allowed to be working for long periods.
- If it takes too long the airline will be fined for each passenger and it is a substantial amount.
