A DNS is - really dull bit coming up - the web service that converts a URL domain like codeproject.com to it's IP address: 76.74.234.210. Since the internet basically runs on IP addresses, you enter a domain into your address bar and your system uses it's internal cache to try and find the IP address related to that. If it can't find it locally, it uses a DNS online to get the current IP address for the site. This means that when you move a site from one web host to another the DNS gets updated and your visitors are redirected to the "new site location" without even knowing it has been moved.

So as suggested, clear your DNS cache: that will make things a little slower - briefly - because all your sites will have to be looked up at the DNS until your cache is refilled.
But before you do that, check your current DNS - it's probably Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) but you can look here: How to change DNS settings on a Windows 10 PC | Windows Central[^] and it'll show you how to find out.

TBH: it's unlikely to be a DNS change that did this, I'd look at Extensions in your browser first and see if there are any you didn't add, and run a virus / malware scan to check for nasties that way as well.
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...
