The guys in M$ are really crossing all limits beyond idiocy... 
I log into an account, that I have almost 20 years and that I use pretty often. I just ordered something and I wanted to forward the receipt to another email that I use for this...
"We need to verify your account, please introduce a phone number, we will send you a code"
 I don't see the need, but OK.
I type the code, click send... nothing.
I try it again...
Error: We have encountered an error, something in the activity of your account is suspicious and has been blocked.
 
I log off... log in...
Message: "We have detected that your account was being use to send suspicious emails and has been blocked, if you want to unblock..."
Grrrr.... OK. Give me a new code.
Message: Your limit for activation codes have been reached, please try again tomorrow....

Sounds like my bank. I was in Bolivia trying to buy a ticket to go home, credit card denied. Call bank international long distance.
Nice lady says my card has been frozen for suspicious activity, someone is trying to use it to purchase an airline ticket in Bolivia. My question, do you see a note indicating I'm traveling?Her: Yes. Well I'm the one using the card, because I want to go home.
Her:Sorry, sir, but it's for your protection.
Me: Actually, it's for my harrassment, because the only problem is that you froze the card for no good reason. Can you recommend a better card that won't hassle me ?

It seems to be a security pattern that a few software providers have followed.
Teamviewer has something similar where if the client you are trying to log into is not responding and you try logging in more than x(nobody tells you what x is) number of times you get a message telling you that there have been multiple failed logged attempts and you need to wait for a while before trying to log in again(yet again there is no hint as to how long you have to wait before trying again.)
What really rankles about Teamviewer is that even if you have the correct credentials, if the login attempt fails because of some unknown reason - that still counts towards your incorrect login attempt count.

I was logged in, the very first try to forward the message already failed, with the second account blocked... that's a bit too soon in my opinion

Only we're going to have to wait for it ... probably another couple of years ...

I thought I had remembered reading before TW came out that it was the "penultimate book in the series". So, yeah. One more.
At least they're fairly fast cranking these out. Maybe a year? At least they're not on the GRRM/Rothfuss rate of writing.

I have a number of objects in some apps with numerous variables and objects in them. When in the debugger, I'm usually only interested in a few values (bIsThisIncluded being the one I wish I could see). Unfortunately, when I mouse over to see what their values are I usually have to scroll down to see the value I want to know about. Is there any way to make them appear at the top of the list? It's not alphabetic. I've moved them around in my class declaration. I just wish I could get a few to appear at the top. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike

Yes, but it's not straightforward and depends on what environment you're using.
Under .NET you can create something called a DebuggerTypeProxy that returns a filtered or sorted list of items
Here's a snippet of one I wrote for a project here that's still pending approval. meh
