So I did this interview for Software Engineering position with a startup and apparently I did fine. Now they would like to move forward with the process and do the 2nd interview. 
Lately, I've been receiving so many rejections that I don't even know how to react to this news. Can someone please help?

New secretary? Beware the double application form. Since you filled out the first one ...
IF you have to go through that again, for instance, she hands you a form which you've already filled out, ask to see the first one and say "I have some information to add to it". IF it is the actual record (which is what you want really) ... take it and proceed to your seat to "fill it out/alter it".
Spill coffee on it and smudge chocolate bar (if you have one; consider THIS tip a warning). Go back and explain the problem and ask for a brand new application form.
Chances are you've got your original now plus a new form ... head for the in-door.
Leave. Run past security. Exit building.
Technically, you haven't been rejected and you've, for all intents and purposes, added to the list of things you've done, snatched your personal information from the talons of a bird who file-pads for a living and is now failing at her job. AND you can now deal with rejection and have something positive to think about ... why rejection can be so sweet!

That's the problem. They cleaned out an entire region of supplies that will help mitigate the spread of the virus. If you don't discourage these activities (especially on what is probably the most accessible market worldwide), it will incentivize more people to participate. More regions will be without needed supplies and the pandemic will be worse.
It's obvious why the pandemic would be worse locally since mitigation supplies aren't available. But there's also a secondary problem, which is that the spread would not be entirely local. If people around you are getting sick and you aren't symptomatic yet, you may very well travel in order to procure those supplies for yourself, further spreading the virus.

Ok. So stores should have multi-level pricing on any object that they start to have a run. First three bottles $2.99. Next 3 $30, greater than 6 - $300. Problem solved. But then everyone would scream price gouging by the stores when what in fact is happening is ensuring that runs don’t happen and everyone gets a chance to buy a reasonable amount. And people would still see the stores as the villains.
What Amazon has done is guarantee that anyone who does have a supply won’t be able to get rid of any of it so there will be an even smaller supply available to purchase.

That may be a good idea for the store. I wouldn't call that price gouging personally (more rationing). A version of this is done locally where I live with bottled water whenever there's a boil notice due to contamination or issues with turbidity.

This ignores the reason for that supply shortage - someone attempting to semi-monopolize a market during a crisis. Also consider, in this example, the person is indiscriminately selling the monopolized product without regard to region so the people in that region may have no supply available at all now for a unknown period of time. Amazon isn't shutting down legitimate sellers as far as I'm aware, just people attempting to do something that should honestly be illegal.

Your logic appears not to work in this universe, because:
• It's illegal.
• It wouldn't work, because people who want a quick buck would quite happily go through the store multiple times.
• It would actually encourage people to hoard the stuff, to sell it off when single packs run out (because they've bought them all to hoard them).

While herd immunity (which I'm guessing is what you're getting at) is a positive, a vaccine is generally how you want to create an immunity. Dead people have no use for immunity. And once a vaccine is created, having had COVID-19 for the purpose of building up immunity is a moot point and was an unnecessary risk.
My 2 cents at least. I'm not a virologist/pathologist.

Corona virus has been around forever (this strain might be new) but it will not be eradicated, from what I understand, it will always be with us. So, everyone will be exposed to it at some point. And you'll be worse if your immune system is weaker when you are exposed.

I've tried to ask about this in Norwegian fora - "What help is antibacteria measures to figtht virus infections?" Instead of giving decent answers, I was immedeiately accused of belonging in the anti-vaccine crowd, accused of spreading medical desinformation, feeding conspiration thoughts, blaming the health oficcials for having hidden agendas. I was told that I had a paranoia so bad that I should seek professional help. And all of this came from a person claiming to be a certified doctor! (supported by a lot of medically unqualified people who simply found it appropriate to support this doctor turning me down that way)
A side track to this discussion lead into measels: When I was a kid, there was no vaccine agaist it. We knew that catching it as an adult could be dagerous; immunizing yourself by getting it as a kid was a good thing. So we visited classmates who had caught the measels "to get over with it". Appearently, the Norwegian population was quite resistant to measels: The official registers tell that half of the population caugt it (I suspect that at lot of cases were never included in these statistics - why would anyone report to the authority that I had cought measels? I doubt that is was counted in). The mortality rate was in the range of 0,02 to 0,03% - I haven't been able to find out how may of those were adults, but I suspect (that is what we were told as kids!) that most of those who had serious effects of it were adults.
Did I recive a storm of cries when I told that! Trying to get measels just to build immunity was completely senseless! (Even considering that we had no vaccine available!) I was questioned whether I also searched up polio infection and other similar diseases in the same way.
Note: I am not at all suggesting that you should go out at catch corona to build immunity against it! Not at all! All I question is: Which measures are effective? Are really antibacterial measures against corona effective? If they maybe are not, or only marginally, why are we pushing them that hard? If they have no or almost no effect, could they have negative effects, similar to the overuse of antibiotics in hospitals?
This is related to your comment about overuse of hand sanitizer weakiening the immune system. I pointed out the problem of "hospital bacteria"- but was met with a storm of "but that is bactieria, not virus such as the corona! But I was told in a strict voice that hospital bactieria are not caused by overuse of antibac, but by overuse of antibiotics - so there is no reason whatsoever to ever be critical to antibac!
These ar questions that cannot be asked in the present situation, at least not in the Norwegian public. If you make any interroogative question to any public directive, then you are An Enemy of the People. (Ref. Ibsen - actually, it is one of his better plays.)
All in all: I was told very firmly to never question the orders of the health authorities, no matter no they mismatch with what you have learened previously. You just shut up and do what we tell you to, without any questions whatsoevever!
I certainly do not belong in the "alternative medicine" group. I certainly am not negative to vaccinations. But when certified doctors tell me that I am paranoid and need qualified help, just because I make a question about why antibacterial treatment is recommended agains a virus (and a great crowd follows up with as "Crucify! Crucify!"), that makes it a lot easier to understand that people seek towards alternative movements where you are welcomed rather than condemned, and your concerns are answered in some way - maybe completey crazy ways, but they are not rejeced as paranoid and subversive, the way I experienced.
I do not plan to join alternatve movements, but I have learnt to be obedient, to shut up and not ask any questions to the medical establishment that they may feel threatening to their position in a period of crisis. Maybe not at all.
