The ability to set the number of rows per page (i.e. the number of default rows to display in the forums) in my profile would be handy. At present if, for some reason, I have to log in the number of rows defaults to 25 and I have to set it back (I do understand that this is quite trivial but if you don't ask...). If it was on my profile page I could set it there and it would always be available when I log in. Might also be nice to be able to set a higher value.

I don't really understand it, but once in a while I seem to receive a few "Editor" points even though I'm pretty sure I haven't edited anything. I haven't done anything that complies with the criteria here anyway:

The only reason I can see for the points is that I have edited (elaborated or corrected spelling/grammar errors) in MY OWN reply (in QA or programming forum). And that should not give me any points as far as I can see...

I cannot see why sadness would be induced by such a little thing.
It has been brought to the attention of the team, they will be repairing it.
And I still maintain my argument stands.
If, after posting, you can see a way of improving your own post for the aid of others, then why should you not get some form of point for it?
Maybe, after posting, you have refined the problem from generic to specific and feel an edit is apposite to reflect this.

We intentionally designed it this way. And it makes sense for the reasons Dalek has pointed out. The description of the reputation event will have to change though. I'll add it to the bug list. Thanks for bringing it up.
