It might be... I said Verdana because i took a screenshot via PSP and zoomed in, then tried to match the text. Verdana exactly covered the text so I presumed it was Verdana.

Actually, it depends on which font you have set for the menu bars of "normal" apps. If you have it set to a bitmapped font (like MS Sans Serif), then Office uses Tahoma. If you have it set to a TrueType font, Office uses that.
The reason is that the menu bar needs to use a TTF so that the menu labels can be drawn vertically when the menu bar is docked vertically - bitmapped fonts can't be drawn rotated but TTFs can.

Verdana and Tahoma are pretty much as equal as Arial and Helvetica are. Tahoma comes with Adobe software and Verdana with Microsoft software (this is based on what I have found... I may be wrong as well).
Of course they are just a little bit different.

Then the actual declaration is:

How can I make a program that inserts some data into another executable that extracts the data? I am writing a encrypting/decrypting program, and I want it to be able to create self-decrypting Win32 executables.
Is the last section in a Win32 executable the data segment?

I cannot find a tutor or sample code using a component like MSFlexGrid in an SDI/MDI View. And printing it!

Use a form view, which means your view is laid out like a dialog on a property sheet. Then put the grid on the sheet. From memory you then override OnMove in your view to size the grid according to the view size.
LMK if you need more info and I'lldig up the project where I did it.

I have to admit I did not get to the point of printing one. Given issues of colour and so on ( i.e. what looks good on the screen can be costly to print in colour and ugly in B&W ), maybe you want to allow the user to set what cells to print, and then do it yourself by drawing lines and text in the chosen font ?

I'm looking for a way to add items to the popup menu that appears when you right click on a file in Windows. It would be nice if I could add an extra option too the "send to" part of the popup menu from a Visual C++ program ... Can anyone help???

I have a Date and time picker control on a property page with the DTS_SHOWNONE style.
Each time I swith back to the page that has the date and time control the check box is always checked whereas it was unchecked before switching to another page.
After stepping into the code I found that each time the page gains the focus, the DDX_DateTimeCtrl is called.
The DDX_DateTimeCtrl doesn't take into account the previous state of the check box.
I checked twice and I have the latest SP for VC++ 6.0.
Does someone know if that bug have been reported ?
P.S.: In case I am the only having this problem, please let me know

It's hard to say w/o seeing your code. The first thing I'd check is, is does your page have the disabled style in the resource file? Not making the page disabled can lead to strange behavior.

Well the pages are disabled.
The problem seems to be in the way the DDX_DateTimeCtrl(CDataExchange* pDX, int nIDC, CTime& value) function is implemented.
When the function is called to save the data it calls CDateTimeCtrl::SetTime(&value) with a valid pointer that causes the SetTime function to set the flags to GDT_VALID with no regards to the previous state !

Ah, ok. In that case, you can write your own DDX routine - just copy the code from MFC's routine and fix the problem.
