Well the member seems to be a account for a company.
That company seems to have a solution to the question the OP asks (implementing licensing).
I can't see the answer in question anymore so can't be sure.
Sometimes linking to a free/paid product can be the answer the OP is looking for.
So I'm not going to report / vote either way but it might be something Chris wants to look into.
