Did you noticed the about text of his profile?
He copied it from Pete's profile!

The dirty rat!
Hang on a moment...does that mean we have to report Pete as well?

Could you change the way you report these slightly?
If you could refer to this as a "spam article" or similar to differentiate them from the messages picked up by the automated spam detector system and placed in the "special" moderation queue for human intervention that would just make it easier to spot. Since moderated spam messages never appear on the site, they can't be "double checked" by anyone else, so we have to take those "on faith" a bit - unlike articles which we can.

Sure I can, I just don't understand the difference because I have no idea how that "automated" system works maybe, I don't have privilege to see.
Keeping things short, do I need to add "Spam article in moderation (Member name)" as the subject instead of just "Spammer in moderation"? That is what I think should be added seeing your latest post in the same forum.

Nah..."spam would be article" or similar will do, unless you want to. It's not important for those.
Articles don't go through the auto detection system, because they aren't "Generally available" until accepted, and need "N" votes to close.
Messages and comments are, and those that are detected as "possible spam" go into a special "protector and above" queue. Once in there, it's a binary choice: pass for publication or reject - and a single protector makes that. If they decide "spam" the message is deleted instantly - but the author isn't, hence the need to report him here, and why you see "Spammer from moderation" and a name. Without the name, the next piece of cr@p he publishes doesn't immediately make it obvious that he's reported here already, you have to open all the messages to find out. Sometimes, that's important - when the spam farms are busy we get a lot of usernames posting and we want to catch them all as quick as we can.

Copy that, I'll use the "Spam would be article" subject from now on.

He has some comments containing links which should be reported too to get removed:
Comments by Member 12572329 - CodeProject[^]
Please report those as spam instead of deleting. Otherwise they may stay as deleted while reporting will remove them finally.
There is also a message but it does not contain a link (EDIT: Fixed the link): Latest Messages - CodeProject[^]

That comment was for others reading my post. I noticed that spammy comments are sometimes deleted rather than reported.
This one is quite busy. He is posting a new comment every one or two minutes. Maybe comments should be also put into moderation.
