Looking at the Latest Messages I can't see any specific site that's included in the links. So in that sense they seem to be somewhat related to the questions.
A completely another thing is, why post comments to questions older than a year...
Perhaps I'm not seeing the whole picture?

I have to say... it somehow stinks a bit...
19 Messages 4 of them were in his own tip/trick deleted in 2014 (probably by himself because it was getting a lot of argumented bad votes)
the rest of the messages... 15 messages within 1,5h to questions from page #1 (somewhen in 2017) to page #6 (most 2016 and one 2012). Different topics, sometimes answers related to the questions, one (from 2016) only with "Keep up the good work!  " which brings no value at all
I think the point is in his signature... he has a youtube channel and (only guessing here) he has started answering to questions where he has a related video in the channel.
He even says here[^]:

I'd say it's a totally different article - the revision history shows that the only common part is the code at the end.
And I'd say it's spam, and spammer now.
