This is the equivalent to Microsoft coming out and saying that .net 5.0 would be dropping garbage collection, properties and constructors
Also that talk was really really annoying, they're completely changing everything about how Angular works and the other guy just kept going, "I love it" as though it was no big deal.

Is it even possible to assess competence in agile development with a test? You could easily apply this rant to any developer certification, me thinks

Simple. Prioritize the questions. Answer the first one. Evaluate how well you did on it. If you did well, repeat on the second, etc. If you did poorly, examine what caused the poor result, apply what you learned as you answer the second, etc.
