Yes, that was cute. A friend of mine once defined the word "cute" as meaning "nice but useless." Unfortunately, the context there was when I told him that my gf said that I was "cute." Ahhh, the teenage years.

Kiwis are biased. As an Aussie who discovered NZ some years ago and go there every year I can only rate it very highly. Fantastic fishing and generally great outdoors. NZ is big in software development especially games. Wellington (Windy Wellington) ain't bad. 30% of Wellington's population have a University degree. I would think working there for a few years would be a good experience for a certain type of person. This is the official blurb: [^]

Like any place it has it good and not so good. It all really depends on what lifestyle you enjoy. Wellington is definitely windy but has a good cultural feel and being the capital has a lot of head office, govt department type people.

Why didn't they do this sort of thing when I was young? Plain inconsiderate, if you ask me. 
I've never been there but it always looks very nice when I'm watching the cricket on TV (or LOTR for that matter).
Slogans aren't solutions.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation is bringing light to what it calls a "stupefyingly mundane" patent on e-mail technology, given not to a patent troll hiding in a small office but to one of the world's largest technology corporations. I bet no one has a patent on flint tools. Ogg will be rich!
