Thank you! It didn't work exactly as i wished but your solution gave me a great hint so I could figuer it out myself how to do the rest, i added a new variable and did some calculating and now it works! Thanks for your help :)

I solved it, i tried the solution right under here and moved the calculation out of my loop and now it works! Thanks everyone!

It seems possible, but the problem is when i try to divide it. I divide it like this:
double percent = listbox1.SelectedItems.Count / number;
label1.Text = percent.ToString();
number is my variable that keeps the value of how many items there are in my list. My problem is that when i search for the item and those are selected i get random numbers but i would like to get the percent instead. If 3/4 is selected it should say 0,75

what I can't remember is how to make the loop to go through my list so all of my items become selected.. It should be a loop that goes thorugh the listbox and select whatever in the list that contains what i wrote in the textbox

Well.. I don't know actually.. But I want this function to be like this: First i've added some items to the listbox and then i want to search for a specific item by typing it in the textbox in the left corner. When i press the search button I guess it'll loop through the listbox and select everything that contains whatever i wrote in the textbox.

Thanks, yes i am using C# :) and i guess that will work but how can i then make it remember it next time i start the program, cause when i restart it, it will say 0 but i want it to say 3 or whatever it is.
