create a chat engine application using asp.net, mvc and SignalR where both private and public chat .
where in public chat the user can create a nick name and chat and in private chat the user orginal name must be display .
where all the chat information must be stored in the database and it can be viewed by a user that what he chat and adminstrator can perform action by deleting the bad words texted by any user like sex,porn etc it must be deleted.
and some feature like attaching file,smile template.
