luckily ive found the solution by just adding Me. infront of the combobox1. :D

ive tried the solution u provided but still the data doesn't appear on the combobox. :(

well im sorry. i a newbie here :( btw do you know any great working tutorial for me to follow in order to add, edit, update and delete data in access database. and will it be the same if i use combobox instead of text for the data. coz all the tuto that i found doesnt have usage of combobox :(
