How to do in data set.

This data set is excel file. i upload the excel and convert as dataset and sheets are into datatables.if the user not delete the empty columns after the data fields.some problems are occur. i have do some validation using columns count so the validation is affected for those empty columns or unwanted datas.

after splitting dataset have another data table.Means i have five data table after splitting data set must have only 4 data table.

Duplicate value is check is for only one row.means in first row i have item number.the row have 50 columns.but the item number enter in only ten columns only given below.
Item Number: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
item number in horizontal format if and duplicate value occur to throw the validation message.

i want to split 24 columns and 45 rows.

i will use the manish code.the table have 47 columns 45 rows i give the index range 24 but the table split in row wise means 47 columns and 24 rows.and another table 21 rows 47 columns
