okay.... i tried working with lists and learning to use them but still not good at it ...

its throwing exception ...object refrence not set to an instance .. over int q;

i have used arrays ,,, but i cant navigate to next ,,, it just display question recently aded ,not all the rows with same diff lvel .... sorry if i messed up ......
