first I think you should know the protocol which deal with camera SDK because port No. 80 is normal for HTTP protocol and if you will connect the camera under windows application or Mobil application therefore the port 80 will not working so you need to know first the protocol TCP or UDP after that you should know the correct port which essay to be configured from camera web interface , try to find SDK for your camera brand
