Although my target framework is 3.5, but i have made sure that framework 4.0 is installed on the machine I'm trying my application on.

I guess whenever we read from a csv file, the values are either ; seperated or tab seperated. And in such a case we can easily loop through all the values.

making plateform target does not work. it needs to be x86, then only it will work in both the cases .
