yes you are rite but actually the value of date is set by another software, and i have to export that table through Excel sheet. i knew that this format is not write, but i have to fetch the date

what do you mean by query in class ??
above code is, for a class for executing the sql commands from csharp or asp.net

parameters is for like a argument variables for sql query or you can say that, it is use for binding table's column with our giving variables for input through query

there is no error in code as well in XML,
some time R.java behave abnormal, try this
1) save the project
2) then close project
3) then again reopen,
by this some times R.java auto creates your desire id.
