You are right, But there is no available example about what I want, and there were no answer to my question, so I am trying to find the best solution to write the answer to my own question.

I have already found this, but have not succeeded to build an example yet,

but it is for the inline editor, when changing it to a dialog it does not appear

After designing the control, I want to add it to a new window, here I want to assign a value to the property that I had added. this value should be selected from a dialog connected to a WCF service Like in the images in this question

usually one of them should run on a server, other applications are client (web, mobile, or PC)
