Thanks for the answer.
I would like to make my question more clear.

Actually, i have only one Table; that is Table1. Table2 Should be coming from an sql select statement which am looking for now.

When you look at the columns for development, there only two records under development, so what i need is to have a query which can pull up all records in Crops Columns, so that i can get rid of empty rows cells appearing above 'Mangoes'. My desired outcome should be as in Table2

I want the system to take only the smallest eight values. if in that case the 8th and 9th entry are equal, it should be taking one

Like in my example, those are the smallest eight entries i have
