Update 2: I'll look at that thread, but it's not supported by Microsoft I guess.

Why your 2nd form show up when pressing anywhere? if you use mouseover event, than you may see 2nd form like it's behind the 1st one. Otherwise, what you said seems to me imposible...

Are you totally sure your commands are proper?
You've written for insert:
"insert into comp values (" + tbNo.Text + ",'" + tbName.Text + "')";
And for update:
cmd.CommandText = "Update comp SET name='" + tbName.Text + "' where no=" + tbNo.Text + " ";
apostrophe(') mismatching in 2 commands..
Also, you should be sure you really open the connection.

The card is made for obtaining data from device to PC. It's going to be a data acquisition card. it will get any analog input, process it and send them to the PC. Programming language used is MicroC. The HID library is used, indeed.

In fact, I've made that device which is actually an electronic card managing by a micro controller(PIC18f2550).
Because that device's programmed as a hid, the OS recognize it automatically.
What I need is just to send&get data from/to it.

I know FTDI devices. They are excellent assembly chips that you can use to act com ports like a usb device, I used them once in a project. But this time, I must do with USB.
This com port emulation you talked about? Does the performance of the USB decrease while using them? Any pros&cons you know them about?

Thank you it helped but the problem is the text I'm drawing is not in a sequence like that. They're placed according to some numbers that written in a text file. The code you send perfectly works for text in a same horizantal line. What about randomly placed ones? Because when they're placed randomly, the mirrar images placed according to their positions.

I searched many of your posts, and you really are a great adviser, but you're generally giving your advices with sentences(Or I'm wrong, because haven't seen any code of yours).
For example, you say instead of using PictureBox, use Controls, Onpaint/Paint events. it's fine, but sometimes useless without codes or examples.(for me at least)
