Actually what i did, I want to log error by generate exception. to do that i implemented that any place exception occur i will add record to database. if any function generating exception, it will add record to database. locally i tested and working perfectly but when publish in web server not working.

I updated question with example. thank you for quick reply. How can i allow access to your log directory? i have iis 8.1 and tried to find that settings but not able to find.
