Thank you Ramza. But my tree is too large having both Horizontal and vertical scrolls and about 250 to 300 nodes. how can i draw an image for this, it will shrink all the nodes.

It throws Following error -
"You tried to execute a query that does not include the specified expression 'PurID' as part of an aggregate function"

If i remove PurID then same error occur for ProName. Only Following query runs -

Select ProID, Max(Quantity) from MyTable Group BY ProID

But I want PurID also, it is primary key.

Give some more details about your question. What control you are using is it Grid or something else?. How do you want to refresh on some buttons click event or automatically?

Ya in access it is slow to get a single value from huge amount of rows but for SQL its a good solution. If in your project products are grouped into 2 or 3 group then you can create separate table for groups and implement this solution but making so many tables for each type of product will also slow the execution and it doesn't make any seance.

You are right phil but My current project is too lengthy so it is not possible to change all insert or update queries. In future projects and new forms in current project i'll use parameterized quiry. Thank you so much for your support.

I have a doubt about installation. I think that a .msi installer will just copy the primary output of a .NET project. Is it correct? if it then i'll copy all the primary output files myself and catch its progress status.
