Sorry, I thought it differently.

I am making Syntax Highlighting Editor, I take it as future IDE. So, I need to know, how I can make tools menu (for compiler, for example) for this future Syntax Highlighted Editor.

Not the addin for Visual Studio.

And if you apply the skin, it looks very nice (for me) , like this:

Hmm... that's not for me. I don't know how to code the theme suite (begin where?). And all theme suites, what I found, are paid (and I am making the Text Editor free).
