ASP.net Treeview Control (Navigation Control)

Acutally i m using ASP.NET treeview navigation control.
My Requirement is i hv two asp.net treeview control with check box functionality on my page 1st one is of some data and 2nd is empty one.
So if i check any element in d 1st treeview i want dat element along with its child checked node in to my 2nd treeview which is by default empty and if i uncheck dat 1st treeview checked item den the second checkbox element shud b deleted . I want this requirement only using Client side scripting language (JavaScript/Jquery).

I dont want that text on button click .I want dat text on label dynamically i mean when i change the text in text box dat data should come directly on label

Actually i want to call that method from jquery ajax call so to call a method in client side i hv 2 write dat method as static with [WebMethod] attribute so in that case i want to use dat method

Yes all credentials are correct and Connection is also established but at the next line i.e. (publicationDb.EnabledTransPublishing = true;) i m getting error.

The control not even going this line also

publication.SnapshotGenerationAgentProcessSecurity.Login = userid;
publication.SnapshotGenerationAgentProcessSecurity.Password = password;
