Apologies, I've just added a chart object to the Windows form, and simply added data points using Chart.Series("").Points.AddXY(,) as the iterations progressed.

I have two series on one chart, and wish to draw straight lines between points in the first and points in the second series, to show which data points in the first series are linked to the cluster centroids in the second.
