I have installed the latest version of sqlserver but still having same error?

Maciej Los,
I added the key SynAttackProtect in the registry and also restarted the server but no effect still having the same error. I checked the TCP/IP and named pipes are also enabled . The firewall is disabled in both servers.

yes i have a server setup by using log shipping .trn files... i create some fields in the tables in principal server database.i open the sqlserver for standy database and find that there is no fields exists which are created in principal server database. Is .trn files only takes the transactions not columns ... if it is like that help me what i can do ?

I am using the link script it runs fine show message
RESTORE DATABASE XYZ WITH RECOVERY
but unable to restore the backup for directory my backup file name below in the same directory 'D:\SQLBackups\'
My backup db name below
Backups_20121211140724.bak
