i am using windows 2003 server.already installed servive pack2.iam using visual studio 2003. but the system is showing w3wp.exe high cpu usage.please give me solution. please help me

Just open the log files with notepad, you don't have logparser.

logparser is an application for extracting information from log files.

You don't need it just open the IIS logfiles and look at them with notepad.
