problem with collations and right to left languages in sql server

Thank you for paying attention,

I have a xml document that I wanna save in sql server 2005, I got the following error:

Msg 9420, Level ..., State ..., Line ...
XML parsing: line ..., character ..., illegal xml character

I guess that, it's because of using middle east characters in it, I have Farsi characters in it for example and I cann't ignore them.

i tried to change collation to arabic_ci_ai and other arabic collations but got no success.

any idea please???
