Dear All i create a windows form application use capture video from camera through tuner card using DirectX. the application work well but lost video quality any one help me

What do you expect?
I don't know about your screen, but mine is running at 1680*1050, whereas many tuner cards will return 640*480. When you enlarge the one to the other, pixels have to be invented. This tends to make them "blocky" and look horrible.

Look at your inputs and outputs.
