How to close javascipt confirm button without clicking on Ok or Cancel?

What exactly do you mean by "close javascript confirm button"? A button cannot be closed, but rather be hidden or disabled. Please edit your question to clarify.

I am using confirm button for session timeout, I am extending session on click of ok but If user don't click on ok or cancel button of confirm button then I want to redirect user to logoff page.

If you mean the confirm dialog then what would be the point. This function is used to give users a choice, which your code would react to. If the confirm function returned an indeterminate result how could you write your logic?
