Solution 1

You should talk to the people who created it- or their local distributor - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!

i tried all the ways ....still problem is not solved reader unable to read some data in tag id in the place of some values it is showing 3f(?)....

Talk to the manufacturers! It may be that that reader does not support that tag...

it's supporting iam able to write & read data from the tag i just unable to read tag ID only.....
