Getting Value One Form In Another Form

I have two Form :
In First Form Have One Text box and Button When I click the button then second form will open
In Second Form have only grid view and button when i click the button then it return selected value to First Form in text box
How To Do It?

Since this is asked at least once a week, what have you tried and/or researched? Did you want to use a public field? A property? A function? A delegate?
