How to save the table in VS 2012

hai dudes.......Iam jst working on the Visual studio 2012 but when im creating the table it is not showing me in database.When im trying to save the table,it is opening me a save dialog box..............Can u please help me out........

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.
