How to call a . net webservice in android..

i want to call my .net websevice to android application.My Url is http://localhost:1872/TestService/Service.asmx[^] .I give correct Soap Source and Namespce but i got this error in Loggat...

java.net.SocketTimeoutException

can u solve this....Advance thanks....

Publish your service on a public IP address. It's the same concept as publishing a public web site.
