Hi,
I am new to C and boot loaders. i don't know anything about C language.
I want to make a complete Boot loader in C language for Ubuntu. please help me with this..

You've been posting this same question on various forums since October - try https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2 as suggested - especially as you don't know anything about C, or Boot Loaders, or Linux
You don't know anything about C and, presumably, nothing about boot loaders. How do you expect an answer here to help you?

You need first to be fairly comfortable (at worst) with C, then you need to understand how a bootloader works, low level hardware access, interrupt handling etc. Once you understand all that fully, then you can start work on writing your own bootloader. Good luck with your efforts.
