how to enable the three LEDS of the keyboard

i am newbie to programming,
i have a windows form which is plain, means dont have any textbox or labels, and i want to enable the three LeDS of the keyboard on and off, like when a windows start, all three LEDs starts and then after few seconds the LEDs gets off
how to do that?
i dont know the events and logic part what have to be used.
sorry for the bad english, i am weak in it.

if i dont want any complexity, i have a form without any control. If i want to press the tab scroll and num lock by using code. So how can i do that,
i dont want any complexity i just want to press these keys programmatically. As my form doesnt function anything. So by this i can do it in simple way i think
