Hi,

I am uploading an audio file and i need to convert to base 64 binary format so as to send the content of audio to server via OCI-P... can anyone help

I googled it but i didn't find any thing that did the trick for me,may be because am not good at programming..My apologies

Solution 1

All you need can be done with this class: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.convert.aspx[^].

However, I strongly suspect that the whole idea is wrong.
