Excel 2007 regarding deifferent date formats in few places

When Opening the Excel View Dynamically i am getting the dates as given above ..what might be the problem? it is happening in windows in excel 2007 only ?any suggestion greatly appreciated..

Solution 1

Go for "Text to Columns" wizzard. Here you can set the column as Date.

select column of "Log Date"

Go: Data->"Text to Column"
set column as Date and choose format.
