SCP Transfer using Window Service

I want to write a window service which will continue copy file one server to another server using scp command. My Question is how Service will automatically send files in queue and how to manage File Status if it is sent.

Do you have, the code for SCP transfer, I can give an example of the service, but never communicated by SCP from a windows APP before.
