On clicking mouse immediately text area should display on screen

I need to design post card.

If I click any where on the screen text area should be displayrd and able to enter the text..

for example see the link..

see you can observer if we click the mouse a new text area is displayed..

Please help me how to do that work...

You have to play with that code. Modify it according to your needs.
