a link to a Webbrowser? you mean something like a toolbar or custom extension to different Browsers? Add a "link to the browser" makes no sense, maybe you mean add a bookmark/favorite?

"that's" is now either a toolbar an extension or a bookmark... I guess bookmark? But I don't think that there is a "common" way between Browsers - you will have to make it specific for every supported browser... anyway do a quick search here on CP maybe articles like this: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/28197/Firefox-Bookmark-Manager-by-C-and-XML can give you a start?

Maybe it means a link , that opens up the target URL in the default browser. Thats the most reasonable thing i could think of.
