Silverlight - Creating an Image Map with Hotspots

Above mentioned project by Bryian Tan is a windows application.
I want same project as web application.
Please help.

Im not quite sure about your reference, butThis[^] article uses Silverlight.

Thanks Ravi Shanker. When I run application the browser should show 'localhost' instead the browser shows this address "file:///C:/Users/Choices/Documents/Visual%20Studio%202010/Projects/Silverlight_image_map/MapsHotspotDemo/Bin/Debug/TestPage.html", so I guess it is not web application.
Hope I am able to explain the problem. Once again thanks.
