Mobile App Development to automatically set phone in silent mode using ASP.NET

Hello Everyone,

I am gonna develop my first Mobile App Development as a part of one project assigned to me.

I have no idea how to begin with ...Plzz help ...
I have to develop one mobile app which can set your phone into silent mode and then back to normal mode automatically. Say for e.g. every day between 10AM - 12Noon this scheduler should set phone into silent mode and then at 12Noon set it back into normal mode.

Plzzzz help me.

There are many mobile platforms and how you would complete a task are dependent on which one you are using. ASP.NET can't be used to control a device any more than it can be used to control a PC

can't it be possible to develop windows CE app using Visual Studio .NET using COmpact Framework

I think you are very confused about your platforms. Windows Mobile is built on top of Windows CE. When Windows CE was release there was no such thing as .NET
