Good day!

I have a problem on my website. It is not working with 'www'
My website is all ready uploaded and my domain if from GoDaddy

for example:

mywebsite.com - (working properly)
www.mywebsite.com - (not working)

I hope you can help me...

Talk to GoDaddy - you pay them for your website and for technical support, so use the support they provide.

We are not here as a replacement for web hosting companies tech support, nor do we have access to their systems.

Solution 2

It is only CNAME problem. Please just add CNAME on your DNS setting and it will work perfectly.
