Menu Flyout/Drawer in Pivot App Template

I will like to replicate menu flyout/drawer like the one used in the "apps for google"
on windows phone store. http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/apps-for-google/524e4c8c-5543-4cc2-9765-9a4f8bab397b[^]

I want my users to click on menu icon on the app bar and all the list of menu to display from the left side of the app

NB: Am using pivot template for my app and VS2012
