how can i Notified about a question
plese add a link like "bookmark" link
that when i read a topic or question from other users
that i like to Notified from its aswers.
i checked Notified line and when a user answer to it
a notification email to me.

I thought there are notification settings in your profile? Check your profile page and read the FAQ which can be found under the HELP menu

Assuming your talking about CP the Site Bugs / Suggestions[^] forum is a better place for this.

I did ask a similar question[^] about bookmarked Article/Tips a while back and was told
