How do I close explorer.exe specific window or check if open

Hi
I have been searching for ages and nothing.
Open window at specific path dead easy = Process.Start("explorer.exe", "C:\source\VM\CSVmakerFiles\")

But when I will press button second time, check if this window is already open and if yes focus only. Do not open second.

Other way first close than open.

Help please

Why doing so? This is, basically, the abuse. The applications like explorer are not really designed for such "collaboration". Right approach would be using your own file-management controls, file dialogs, Windows Shell API, etc.
