We can't even ask questions, never mind engage. I can understand the US only for answerers, for now, but you have a healthy list of countries that may ask, with one glaring omission. Did we do something wrong?

Helpouts on partner sites is currently available for anyone in the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, India, Brazil, Indonesia, Russia, Philippines, and Japan who needs help; however, to become a provider and give help, you must be in the U.S. I wouldn't consider that a "healthy list of countries" yet, not even the UK is included yet
It seems like they are trying to bring it to other countries but have some legal issues etc. to cover first[^]

For the moment Helpouts will be only for US members. An email has been sent out to those in the US to help get them started, with other countries coming online as soon as possible.
But why?? I hear you screaming to the heavens.
Partly it's dealing with the legal requirements in each country, and partly it's because at this point the notifications and registration require SMS access which is its own can of worms. Changes in the future will make this a moot point, but for now we're stuck with what we have and would rather launch than continue to wait.
I think this explain it all.

Which explains why the UK isn't included.

For an article, we can see a graph of the number of daily views against time.
It would be nice if you could add the curve of the number of daily downloads, to the same graph.

On the left you see a note:
indicates new messages since 10-Dec-14 11:41
This is not really useful since it is not indicated what time zone it is. for me (CET, it is now 14:40, in UT it is 13:40)
* Or indicate the time zone
* Or add the current of the local time zone
* Or indicate the time difference since last update (eg "indicates new messages since 54 minutes ago")
Just a suggestion.

Hi Friends
Please anyone can explain me How Can i Upload Screen Shoot in Code Project along with my question.

This has been discussed too many times* and I believe that is not going to be implemented anytime soon (or ever ).
But you can always refer the image you have already uploaded elsewhere**, if you want.
* Most recent answer[^] for this.
** As long as it does not violate any of the CP policies.
Your time will come, if you let it be right.

Just a thought with what happened to Nagy.
Can you display the amount of reports your own profile has (only visible to the profile owner)?
That way upstanding members who get reported by troll accounts (or accumulate 12 reports (or however many are needed) over as many years) can take action before it's to late (ask here to have them investigated / removed) and won't have to rely on fellow members to ask, or create a new account just to ask to have their main account opened again.

That is a bug then. You should at least get the text translation of the smiley.

You can always create a second account and then ask for the first to be reinstated.

why not email the webmaster, at the bottom of the page.

Dear CodeProject administrator,
Greetings;
In August 2013 I won the codeproject prize in the competition of the best webdev article but I never received my Prize. This is the link of my article :
http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/614028/Peer-to-Peer-File-Sharing-Through-WCF
I tried a lot to find a way for talking to you. I never got any email or message in codeproject about how to get my prize. Finally I asked a question in the forum and one of the guys gave me your email. So, please help me to get my Prize since I have tried a lot for this article.
I am looking forward to your response and more guides

Not really a bug but an inconvenience.
Once you start filtering on "Allocated to", the <any> dissapears so you have to reselect all allocated resources manually!
It may be true for other filters as well. Can you please ensure the <any> option remains available?
thanks
--- edit ---
unticking all "allocated to" boxes restore <any>, so this should do for now, although not that clear
